1. What is the price of the machine?

2. What kind of technique is used?
The machine mb2300 engraves using hits of a diamond needle onto a polished stone surface. This technique originates directly from the manual engraving.
3. How long does the engraving needle last?
The engraving needle has a diamond tip and thus lasts quite long. It engraves at least 150 portraits without getting blunt.
Price of a new needle is around 60 Euro.
4. Is it possible to use the machine with a color stone?
Yes. Thanks to the technology used, it is possible to engrave photographs into color stones, such as: multicolor, bahama blue, aurora, impalla, paradiso...

5. How long does the engraving take?
The length of the engraving depends on the size and brightness of your picture. For a usual size 17 x 12 cm portrait, the time is around one hour.
6. What do I need to be able to work with the machine?
The necessary requirements for the machine are:
- a personal computer (OS: Windows XP,Vista,7, 2GB RAM or more for the program to work properly)
- a basic scanner and a printer
- picture processing computer program (we recommend Adobe Photoshop Elements, price around 90 Euro)
7. What does the package include?
The package includes:
- the machine
- the software to operate the machine (to load the photograph, adjust the machine settings and to engrave)
- plug-in (software) for Photoshop for a quick processing of the photograph
- installation of the machine and personnel training
- a wide set of pictures to engrave
8. Is there a warranty?
Yes, the warranty is two years. We offer also service beyond warranty, if necessary.
